CU Global Celebration Day with CU women's soccer

Six students at soccer field who competed in soccer competition

On August 24, 2025, CU Women's Soccer and ISSS partnered to celebrate CU Global Celebration Day! International students were invited to participate in the half-time contest at the game and show off their soccer skills. Competitors from Portugal, India, Costa Rica, Australia, and China were split into two teams and faced off in a soccer skills challenge where they did a dribbling drill, passed the ball to their teammates, and finally shot a goal. The three members of the winning team all won CU water bottles and gift cards to In-n-Out Burger. All participants received CU scarves as a token of appreciation.
