AYA-PLC Partnership Coordinator

As the AYA-PLC Partnership Coordinator, it is my job to support transformational leadership development by providing meaningful opportunities to the PLC community.

The AYA-PLC Partnership Coordinator accomplishes this stated purpose by:

  • Acting as the communication liaison between PLC and the Renee Crown Wellness Institute.
  • Planning and executing the annual events drawn up in the partnership agreement:
    • Fall guest lecture
    • Fall recitation led by Dr. Strife’s students
    • Fall or Spring Renee Crown Institute Industry Night
    • Spring Deep Dive
    • Summer Volunteering
  • Secure budgets, venues, speakers, media collateral, etc. for each AYA-PLC event.
  • Create a media campaign for each AYA-PLC event, communicate with PLC Socials Coordinator
  • Participate in all AYA-PLC Partnership events if schedule allows.
  • Meet biweekly/monthly with AYA and PLC staff to ensure alignment and learning outcomes.
  • Attend weekly PLC student staff meetings.
  • Attend weekly Community Team meetings.

The AYA-PLC Partnership Coordinator must do their job because we need innovative and ethical leaders who are going to create meaningful change.

(Pay Rate = $3000/AY)
