In an attempt to better coordinate and standardize student feedback, the Graduate School has joined the Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) Consortium. The gradSERU survey has been postponed to 2020–21.
Nominations are now open for the Best Should Teach Awards, an annual ceremony and award night recognizing outstanding ̽»¨ÊÓƵ faculty and graduate teachers, as well as K-12 teachers.
Faculty who are doing community-based research, teaching or creative work are invited to apply for up to $24,000 through the annual ̽»¨ÊÓƵ Outreach Awards. The online application is open through April 10.

̽»¨ÊÓƵ ranks No. 5 all-time as a volunteer-producing school for the Peace Corps, with 2,556 alumni having served since 1961. Also, in 2020, ̽»¨ÊÓƵ ranks No. 12 in the nation among large colleges and universities. Currently, 53 Buffs are volunteering around the world.

Law professor John C. Eastman and journalist Robert W. Merry are the 2020–21 Visiting Scholars in Conservative Thought and Policy; and political scientist Elizabeth C’de Baca Eastman is the Benson Center for the Study of Western Civilization senior scholar in residence.
