The Center for Translational Research (CTR) connects researchers and startup teams with non-dilutive funding opportunities through educational programming, expert guidance and proposal development support.
To support teams pursuing Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) funding, CTR maintains a resource list of mentors and organizations that provide Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) services. This list is intended to offer examples of available providers and service types within CTR’s network; CTR does not recommend or endorse specific consultants or firms.

Organizations offering TABA services are invited to submit information outlining their capabilities and typical cost ranges. These submissions help ensure that startup teams have visibility into available support, can plan appropriately and can develop accurate budgets for SBIR/STTR Phase I and Phase II proposals.
