Step 3 | Get Added to a Protocol

Ìý ÌýProtocol Amendment Submitted by PI (via Key Solutions)

• Completed by the sponsoring PI/Lab

Step 4 | Submit Facility Access Application to OAR

Step 5 | Receive OAR Facility Orientation

Ìý Upon completing the previous steps, the OAR will contact you to arrange a facility orientation.
