The FPAR serves as the official record of faculty career milestones such as appointments, reappointments, promotions, tenure decisions, and other changes in status. It is used by the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA), the Office of the Provost, and the CU System to ensure consistent documentation and reporting of personnel actions.
