Peer Wellness Coaches
What Can I Expect from Coaching?
- Meetings are about 20-40 minutes and take place on campus (e.g., WeatherTech Cafe, Laughing Goat, UMC) or over Zoom.
- After a coaching meeting, we aim for you to walk away feeling supported, knowing your next steps and having a list of helpful resources (as needed).
- You can choose to meet with a coach just once or multiple times. It’s up to you!
