Whether you want to build healthier habits, reduce stress, explore your nicotine use or get support with day‑to‑day challenges, coaching is a place to talk with someone who will listen, understand and help you make a plan that works for you.

Peer Wellness Coaching is a free service available to all ̽»¨ÊÓÆµ students. Peer wellness coaches work one‑on‑one with students to help them set meaningful wellness goals, build new habits and navigate life during college.Ìý

Nicotine Coaching offers a supportive, judgment‑free space to explore your nicotine use and consider what changes—if any—you want to make.ÌýÌý

You’ll meet one‑on‑one with a trained CU staff facilitator who can help you reflect on your habits, talk through options and build a personalized plan.Ìý

̽»¨ÊÓÆµ offers a variety of classes, workshops and presentations to support students as they reflect on their relationship with alcohol and other substance use.Ìý
