Alcohol Impact Circles

Alcohol Impact Circles help students reflect on their experiences with alcohol through guided conversation and sharing stories. Students were asked to rate their level of agreement with several statements about their experience in the Alcohol Impact Circle.Ìý

Early Intervention Program Findings

Alcohol and Other Drug Early Intervention (AODEI) programs support students in reflecting on their knowledge, experiences and decision-making. These reports highlight key trends and outcomes from participation.Ìý

This peer-led program creates space for open conversations about substance use. Students reflect on their choices and identify ways to reduce risk or make changes.Ìý

Code of Conduct

All members of the ̽»¨ÊÓÆµ community share responsibility for upholding university standards and values. The Code of Conduct outlines expectations for ethical, respectful and lawful behavior.Ìý

Students are encouraged to call for help in alcohol- or drug-related emergencies. The student who seeks help and the person in need will not face formal university disciplinary sanctions (such as suspension, probation or expulsion).Ìý

Drug and Alcohol PenaltiesÌý

Federal policies related to financial aid and drug convictions have changed:Ìý

  • Drug convictions no longer result in a loss of federal financial aid eligibility.Ìý
  • The university is still required to share this information under federal law.Ìý
  • Some students may have a FAFSA processing hold related to prior convictions.Ìý

In accordance with the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act, ̽»¨ÊÓÆµ prohibits the unlawful manufacture, possession, use or distribution of drugs and alcohol in any university-related activity or setting.Ìý

All students, staff, faculty and partners must request approval to host events where alcohol is served.Ìý

  • Requests must be submitted at least 15 calendar days in advanceÌý
  • Additional requirements may apply for special event permitsÌý
